Using zikvi.com means you accept these terms. ZIKVI is a trading name of Data Governance Ltd. Latvian law governs them, except where consumer law in the country you live in must apply instead.

What you are ordering

A ZIKVI case is printed from a design you supply, for one phone model you name. You are responsible for the artwork, the words, and the model. You order by adding the case to your cart and paying through Stripe; the case is made from the design in your order. The order is the one you confirm with us.

Price and delivery

Cases start at €19.99, £17.99 or $21.99, depending on the currency you pay in, and postage is included where we deliver. The amount you confirm before payment is the amount that applies. We make and dispatch within 2 business days after payment. The times on the shipping page are estimates, not promised arrival dates. We can cancel an order that has a pricing mistake or looks fraudulent.

The preview and the print

The picture on screen is a guide to placement. A printed case can differ slightly in colour or position because of the print process and the shape of the case. It is not a press proof.

Your image

You need the right to print the photo, artwork, or text. You are responsible if it infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other right. If something on this site uses your work without permission, email info@zikvi.com with the details and we will look at it.

The ZIKVI name, logo, site, and our own writing stay ours. Do not copy them, resell them, or reproduce them without permission.

Made to order

A change of mind is not a reason for a return. A damaged, faulty, or incorrect case is handled on the returns page. Nothing there removes a remedy consumer law gives you.

Product safety

Cases are offered to meet the safety rules that apply to them, including the EU General Product Safety Regulation where it covers the product. If a safety problem or a recall ever affects an order, we contact the email on that order with what to do and the remedy, which may be a repair, a replacement, or a refund. The company that manufactures the physical case can be identified on request.

Liability

The site and the cases are provided as described on these pages. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site or a case. This does not limit liability that the law does not let us limit.
