Returns

Each case is printed for the model and the design you confirmed. We do not accept a return because you changed your mind, and we do not exchange a case because you no longer want the photo or the words you sent.

Read the model name, the crop, and the spelling before you order. This does not take away your rights if the case is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not the order you placed.

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered

Tell us as soon as you notice it. Within 30 days of the order is the window we ask for. Email info@zikvi.com with the order number, the email on the order, a short description, and clear photos or a short video. If the parcel itself was damaged, photograph the box and the shipping label as well, and keep the case while we look at it.

When we confirm the problem, we replace the case at no extra charge or refund it. A partial refund is only used when you agree to it, and we explain that choice first. If the case arrives later than 30 days, or you find the problem after that, still write to us. Where consumer law gives you a different deadline or remedy, that law applies.

Something missing

Compare the parcel with the order confirmation, and check whether a second parcel is still on the way. If an item is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery, name what is missing, and say whether you want a replacement or a refund.

Do not post it back first

Wait until we say a physical return is needed. We will give you the address and the steps. A case you send back on your own is not automatically refunded.

Returned to us

A wrong address, a refused delivery, or a parcel left unclaimed can come back. Email us if tracking shows that. Sending it out again can require another postage charge, and we confirm any charge before we reship. Reply within 14 days of our message so we can still use that parcel. After that it may no longer be available. Your statutory rights stay in place.

Changes and cancellations

Write as soon as you can. Once printing has started, a change or a cancellation may no longer be possible.

Your rights

Nothing on this page removes a right or a remedy that consumer law gives you where you live. If the law and this page disagree, the law is the one that counts.
