Shipping

Postage is included in the case price for every country we deliver to. There is no paid faster service. You see the full amount, in your currency, before you pay.

Making the case

Each case is made and dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Production and dispatch are one window, not two.

After it ships

Those ranges start after dispatch. They are estimates. Holidays, customs, and remote addresses can add time.

Delivery is tracked. The carrier is DHL eCommerce or a local postal partner, including USPS in the United States, and it depends on the country. The tracking note is emailed when the case is dispatched. The first scan can take a day or two, and an international parcel can go quiet between countries. If tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, or the estimate has passed, email us with the order number.

The address

Use a full street address, including the apartment number and the postcode. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. If the country is not available, write to us before you order.

To correct an address, email the order number before dispatch. After the case has left, that shipment cannot be redirected.

Countries we do not ship to

We do not deliver to Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Eritrea, Eswatini, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela, or Yemen.

Customs

For the United States, customs handling is included, so the carrier should not ask you for duty when the case arrives. For other countries, import tax or duty can still be charged by the carrier or by customs. That charge is separate from the case price. Answer them promptly so the parcel is not held.

If tracking says delivered and you cannot find the parcel, check the address, the household, neighbours, and any locker or collection point, then ask the carrier where it was left. Email us if it is still missing. Sooner is better, and within 30 days of the order is the window we ask for. That request does not limit rights you have under consumer law. The returns page covers damage, a wrong case, and a parcel that comes back to us.
