• A question about a case: the phone model from Settings, the case type, and your order number if you already ordered.
• A case that arrived wrong: the order number, what happened, and photos of the case. For shipping damage, include the packaging and the label if you still have them.
• An address change: the order number and the corrected address, before the case leaves us. After dispatch we cannot redirect it.
• Copyright: what appears on the site, the page address, and why the image or name is yours.
• A phone we do not list: the full model name from that phone's settings.
• A bulk order or a partnership: the models, how many, and where they should go. There is no order form for this. Write to us first.

Do not email a card number. Payment details stay with the payment provider.
